A horrific watch. If you have a good earpiece, use it. Watch with lights lit off. And enjoy the surprising encounter with creatures featured in the film.

Of course, the movie was led by its usual hero of Resident Evil series - Leon Kennedy. With participation of gorgeous Ada Wong (check their picture below).
You could see familiar creatures from Resident Evil 4 Los Illuminados' the Ganado and the rafflesia mouth watering pluga (see pic below):

And a new mystery villain in the name of Svetlana Belikova, President of Eastern Slav Republic. I am not really sure what her real role and where is she working for? Is it for Umbrella or a third-party villain?
In the movie ending of the Resident Evil: Damnation, they show a sneak peak of the Resident Evil 6 game. The game could be related to the film as I've checked the setting, It is kind of similar to the country setting of Resident Evil Damnation movie. Svetlana could have a role in the game and might as well we could find out who she really was. But a hint was given in the movie that she is a combat instructor according to Ada Wong but it is not clear, still.
