WARNING: the following review below contains spoilers!

We watched this film last December 24, 2015, before Christmas. I'm excited to watch this film because the old casts still played their original role even after so many years of the long wait since the last episode.

The traditional Star Wars slide intro is still there briefing us what have happened in the past 30 years, after the destruction of the Death Star (featured in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi - Episode VI). I praise the new Director for remaining faithful on using that slide animation. So, about what have happened, It's still the Resistance versus the Dark Side!

The Dard side of the force still lives. I guess, It relatively runs in their blood.

I like the scene where one of the Commander Hux is shouting his propaganda to The First Order army. It gets me goosebumps. It's very Hitler-like. After that scene, their base, the planet itself fired a huge laser beam out in the outer space and scattered at some point hitting multiple planets. Those multiple planets are destroyed in just one shot!

I thought, It would be a happy ending after Han Solo met Kylo Ren but didn't expect Kylo would do the unexpected scene. I guess many Star Wars fans hate Kylo Ren more than Jar Jar Binks from the prequel trilogy.

It's more than two hours film but I didn't felt the time goes by while watching this movie.

My rating for this film would be: 4.0 / 5.0

Thanks!
